Lost, Stolen, or Empty Package Policy
At Crown Essence, we take every order and shipment seriously and ensure all packages are securely packed and shipped.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at crownessence2@gmail.com, and our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
For any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or arrive empty, customers are now required to file a claim directly with USPS. You will need to submit all necessary photos and details to them for review.
Please note:
- Claims must be filed within 60 days from the shipment date
- If your claim is approved, USPS may issue a refund or reimbursement
- If your claim is denied, we are unable to guarantee a replacement or refund
If your order was previously placed within the claim window and you were advised differently, please proceed with filing your claim as soon as possible. If the claim window has passed, you may contact us, and we will try to assist, but resolutions are not guaranteed.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Once your order is shipped and in the carrier’s possession, it is no longer under our control.
